MacDonald designs provides creative, illustration and design services. It is built on the philosophy that ideas can be created, realized and expressed in a comprehensive, visual and expressive format. Amy MacDonald has a background in creative work, design, public art, modern dance, education, and creative placemaking. She is also the Founder and Director of Brolly Arts, a non-profit umbrella arts organization. MacDonald is passionate about the role that arts and culture play in community development and is one of the Utah Arts Council's Change Leaders. She is one of the main artists of the public art Bridge Over Barriers (BOB), which is one of the largest land based public art projects in Utah. Amy has painted murals and created custom artwork for furniture and ceramics. She is an Adjunct Professor and Student Advisor at Westminster College where she created ant teaches Arts, Culture, and Communities as part of the Master of Arts in Community Leadership. Amy has a Master's Degree in Arts Management and an Associates Degree in Design. When she is not immersed in art and design, Amy can be found outside on an adventure with her husband, kids and dogs.
